Fans of Lil Peep were devastated last week by the rapper’s untimely passing at the age of 21.

The performer, who came out as bisexual in August, was found lifeless on his tour bus in Tucson, Arizona on 15 November. It’s suspected he died from a drug overdose.

Following his death, his videographer, Wiggy, has put together a short tribute video made up of recent performance footage and behind-the scenes clips. It’s set to the Lil Peep track Downtown.

It begins with Peep talking to someone on a plane, saying, ‘You don’t expect any of this to happen but you don’t get here without working really fucking hard. Once you’re here it’s not like you’re surprised to be here it’s like “fuck I’ve done so much.”’

News of Lil Peep’s death was confirmed last Thursday by his management.

Sarah Stennett, CEO of First Access Entertainment, who partnered with Peep (real name Gustav Ahr) in early 2016 told Gay Star News: ‘I am shocked and heartbroken. I do not believe Peep wanted to die, this is so tragic. He had big goals and dreams for the future which he had shared with me, his team, his family and his friends.’
