Connor Jessup has sent a cute ‘Valentines plus one day’ message to fellow actor Miles Heizer.

Jessup posted a photo of him together with Heizer saying: ‘I’m late but I love you, you’re good, you make me better, happy v+1 day.’

He ended the post with a green heart emoji. And he tagged Heizer (who is younggoth on Instagram) into the photo.

But it’s not clear if they are in a relationship. Neither of them have publicly declared they are boyfriends. And some fans say they’re just friends and have been close for years.

Two child actors: Jessup and Heizer

The two actors, both aged 25, seem to have plenty in common.

Both made their names in some of the top TV series of recent years. And they’ve both been acting since 2005. Heizer’s formally started his career at age 10 and Jessup at age 11.

Jessup is currently starring as Tyler in new Netflix teen drama Locke and Key, based on the comic book series.

The Canadian actor, writer and director is best known as Ben Mason in sci-fi TV series Falling Skies and in American Crime. He’s also starred in feature films Blackbird and Closet Monster.

Meanwhile Miles Heizer became famous for starring as Alex Standall in the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why about teen suicide. He also played Drew Holt in the NBC drama series Parenthood.

He has also appeared in the films Rails & Ties, The Stanford Prison Experiment and Nerve.

But many LGBT+ movie-goers will recognize him from his relatively small part as Cal in Love, Simon. Cal is one of the people Simon suspects may be his mysterious gay pen pal.

Jessup’s coming out post

However, it’s not clear what Heizer’s sexuality is. Rumors have linked him to both male and female stars in the past.

By contrast, Jessup (connorwjessup on Instagram) came out as gay in a heartfelt Insta post in June 2019.

He revealed he’d known he is gay since he was 13. But he kept it hidden, shrugging it off because he felt shame.

However, he said people, movies, books and music had made him realize that ‘queerness is a solution’.

And he added: ‘If you’re gay, bi, trans, two-spirit or questioning, if you’re confused, if you’re in pain or you feel you’re alone, if you aren’t or you don’t: You make the world more surprising and bearable. To all the queers, deviants, misfits, and lovers in my life: I love you.’
