Jonathan Bennett, the gay actor who shot to fame playing Aaron Samuels in Mean Girls, is going on Celebrity Big Brother in the US.
What’s more, the Cheaper By the Dozen 2 star will appear on the show alongside Dina Lohan – the mother of his Mean Girls costar, Lindsay Lohan.
Lindsay famously played Cady in the hit teen film, which recently inspired Ariana Grande’s thank u, next video.
‘My social team will be taking over my social media channels’
Confirming the news on Instagram, Jonathan said: ‘I can’t believe I’m packing for the Celebrity @cbs_bigbrother house! If you see this picture that means I am officially locked away going on the next adventure in my life and becoming a house guest for season two of Celebrity Big Brother on CBS.’
‘Catch me Jan 21st and see how it all goes down,’ he added. ‘My social team will be taking over my social media channels keeping all of you up-to-date on what’s going on in the house. They’ll sign it -xoxo Team JB.’
Lindsay recently returned to the reality show limelight herself, with the critically-panned Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club.
Jonathan went public about his sexuality in 2017; he is in a relationship with TV host James Vaughan.
