Meryl Streep drags up as Donald Trump in her hardest ever role to date

Meryl Streep performs as Donald Trump in Shakespeare review

Meryl Streep got into male drag in her hardest ever role to date: Donald Trump.

Plastering her face with orange make-up and wearing a fat suit, she portrayed the presumed Republican presidential candidate at the Public Theater’s 2016 Gala finale.

She’s such a good actress, even her wig looked slightly more believable than Trump’s.

She performed a twist on Cole Porter’s Brush Up Your Shakespeare with Christine Baranski for the duet.

‘You’ll let me know, why all the women say no,’ Streep sang.

This is just the latest real-like person Streep has played, following her performance of Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and suffragette Emmeline Pankhurst.
