This is the moment a gay man was held by his ankles and dropped 100ft by ISIS

Photos of three horrific murders by Islamic extremists have been exposed to the public.

Blindfolded, the three victims were taken to the top of a 100ft building barefoot, hands tied and terrified.

Held by their ankles, they were dropped head-first in front of a huge crowd of onlookers.

The mob, with many of them armed with stones and rocks to finish off the victims, were prepared if any of them survived.

Posted online by Islamic State media, it was given the caption ‘In the name of God the Merciful.’

The photos were believed to have been taken in the Iraqi city of Mosul, an ISIS stronghold.

ISIS

This is their fourth reported killing on the basis of homosexuality this week alone, after a gay man was thrown off a cliff in the Syrian city of al Mayadin.

Since ISIS, also known as Daesh, have taken control of territory in Iraq and Syria, there have been several executions of gay people, with many beheaded, thrown off buildings or stoned to death. They have branded homosexuals the ‘worst of creatures’.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) estimates at least 1,511 civilians have been killed so far, including 32 women and 23 children.
