RuPaul’s Drag Race season 11 contestant Nina West just called out a ‘double standard’ after kissing Silky Nutmeg Ganache.

It all started when a sneak peek preview of the new episode came out online.

During the 13-minute preview of episode five, the queens discuss Vanessa Vanjie Mateo and Brooke Lynn Heights’ romance.

Silky said: ‘My man loves me but I’m working on another one.’ She then turned around and sneakily looked at Nina West.

Nina West leaned in and the two queens kiss.

Nina West calls it out

The negative reaction to Nina West and Silky Nutmeg Ganache kissing caused Nina to post a tweet about it.

She wrote yesterday (27 March): ‘Wait! Wait! Wait! I am a little perplexed as to why my kissing @GanacheSilky is seen as gross or disgusting? What’s the tea, Christine? What’s the tea? #DoubleStandards’

Nina is undoubtedly referring to the overwhelming positive reaction to Vanjie and Brooke Lynn.

Brooke Lynn responded to Nina’s tweet: ‘I thought it was kinda hot,’ alongside an eggplant emoji.

Then Silky responded.

She tweeted: ‘Two plus size hunks don’t deserve love??? That’s how the community has made me feel for so long. But fuck y’all. I’m just as sexy as any other hoe.’

The full episode airs tonight (28 March) on VH1.
