Norwich City players celebrate after a goal during a recent UEFA Euro 2016 game

Norwich City FC proved it’s behind LGBTI issues when dealing with a disgruntled fan on Facebook over the weekend.

When the organization posted on the social media site that: ‘Norwich City and Aviva are proud to be supporting Norwich Pride this weekend’, it added that a rainbow flag was to fly over a game.

However, one football fan took issue with the post.

‘What the hell has this got to do with football?’ he asked – to which the club simply replied ‘Everything.’

The reply was quickly screengrabbed by other eagle-eyed football fans and shared on Twitter.
