Out gay pop star Aaron Porter drops new break up banger Sorry

The latest song from out gay pop star Aaron Porter has been uploaded online.

Break up anthem Sorry is the rising star’s third release after BOY and I Wanna Let Love, which have received over 200k streams to date.

Sorry is produced by Aaron’s longtime collaborator Tev’n (Lily Allen, SBTRKT). Vocal production is provided by Cameron Gower-Poole (Dua Lipa, RAYE, Mabel).

‘Very personal’

Speaking to GSN about the song, Aaron said. ‘Sorry is a very personal song for me. When I started writing it I was in a place of frustration and the track we created was a slow piano-led ballad.’

Aaron then added: ‘I feel like the song has grown as I have dealt with my situation and now it’s a fierce pop banger and I feel alive when I sing it.’

You can catch Aaron at this weekend’s Pride in London on Saturday 6 July. He will perform at the Little Gay Pride Party, a 13-hour post Pride carnival in Flat Iron Square.
