Mama RuPaul ain’t taking no chances when it comes to trying to kick Republicans out of office.
She took to Twitter last night (16 October) to post a video to urge people in the US to get out and register to vote.
#SissyThatVote,’ she wrote on the caption for the World of Wonder video. ‘There’s no denying that change is sorely needed and there’s no denying where it starts – with you.
‘Find out how to make sure you’re registered to vote by going to http://vote.gov and we’ll see you at the polls on November 6th, kitty girls!’
She then said in the video: ‘Do you love RuPaul’s Drag Race? Well, we love giving it to you!
‘And here’s how you can give back – go to vote.gov to found out how you can register. And then on 6 November, you better vote, sis,’ she said.
Now #SissyThatVote! 🏳️🌈 There’s no denying that change is sorely needed and there’s no denying where it starts–with you. 👋 Find out how to make sure you’re registered to vote by going to https://t.co/mkEUbVC6NS and we’ll see you at the polls on Nov. 6th, kitty girls! 💅 @RuPaul pic.twitter.com/eYoQWHLUON

RuPaul: ‘It’s a call to action’
RuPaul is famously anti-Trump, giving a speech last year about how much he dislikes the current President.
The Drag Race host said: ‘I think that this whole administration will actually accelerate what they’re trying to defend against.
‘What you defend against persists, and I think it’s a call to action for all of the like-minded people like ourselves to get involved,’ she said.
She also previously compared Trump to Hitler.
When Trump first became president, he said the election ‘feels like a death.’
RuPaul added: ‘The America that we have all fought so hard for, the narrative of love and peace and liberty and equality, it feels like it is dead.’
