Win the chance to design a bottle of Smirnoff

Are you a creative person filled with Pride? Today is your lucky day, as you could win the chance to design your own LGBTI-themed bottle of Smirnoff.

To celebrate Digital Pride, one lucky winner will have a batch of their specially designed bottle created and sold. All proceeds from sales will go to the LGBTI charity, R U Coming Out.

The competition is open to everyone over 18.

Julie Bramham, Smirnoff Director, says: ‘As a brand we constantly look for opportunities to support and celebrate inclusive events and communities, giving people the chance to connect and showcase their talents.

‘We are incredibly excited to be launching this competition – a first for us – where we’re giving our fans the chance to re-design our Smirnoff No. 21 bottle and put their own spin on it. We can’t wait to see all the entries and will look forward to seeing the limited edition bottle later this year.’

Entering the competition couldn’t be easier – simply use this template, get creating and upload your design using the form below. The idea is to demonstrate what Pride means to you.

Be sure to send in your bottle ideas by 19 April.

A shortlist of three finalists will be selected before voting opens to the public during Digital Pride week (25 – 30 April). One lucky winner will then see a small batch of their creation produced and sold later in the year.

Digital Pride is the world’s first online LGBTI event consisting of a week of events, videos and debates. Launched by Gay Star News, the aim of Digital Pride is to make it easier for the LGBTI community to celebrate Pride globally – even if they live in countries where it may be difficult to do so publicly. This global LGBTI festival will culminate in a huge party in central London, giving everyone a chance to celebrate equality around the globe.

As a long standing LGBTI ally, Smirnoff constantly strives to establish and hold its strong relationships within the community and the sponsorship of Digital Pride is just one of the many ways the vodka brand is showing its support this year. Throughout 2016, Smirnoff’s commitment to the LGBTI community will continue with numerous activities due to take place. In addition in 2015, Smirnoff launched its We’re Open campaign, celebrating diversity and inclusivity, with its latest chapter currently on our TV screens.
