Olympic diver Tom Daley and actor Dustin Lance Black have made their relationship public for the first time.
The two had regularly hinted they were dating, swapping pictures on Instagram of presents they sent each other.
But now they have celebrated the start of Daley’s new series of celebrity TV diving contest Splash with a romantic night out, followed by clubbing at legendary London venue G-A-Y, where Daley met X Factor finalist Luke Friend.
They started last night (4 January) with a romantic meal.
Then they headed to G-A-Y at Heaven in Charing Cross, in the heart of the UK capital.
Daley took to the decks to play Sexy and I Know It, the song he famously danced to in a raunchy YouTube video with friends from the Olympic dive team.
He also played Rudimental’s Waiting All Night. And he met Friend who made it to the final three of the UK’s X Factor, who like Daley is from Devon in south west England. The pair watched Friend’s performance from the VIP area.
G-A-Y owner Jeremy Joseph told The Mirror: ‘Tom was more than happy to take pictures with people – he mixed the night between a little bit of work and socializing. He spent time with Dustin and his friends and club goers.’
Daley also posed for a picture with Joseph’s dog, Jacob.
Joseph added Black and Daley appeared to be very loved up.
‘You know when two people look at each other like no one else is around? You can see it in the eyes. They’re just so natural with each other and clearly in love.’
The pair have also posted Instagram pictures this week of themselves at Stonehenge and Westminster Abbey – they have been visiting tourist sights with Daley’s best friend Sophie Lee.
And Black put up a picture of a cake with the words ‘I heart Tom’.
