Courtney Love and songwriter/activist Justin Tranter performed Selena Gomez’s hit song Hands To Myself together at the GLAAD Spirit Day concert on 18 October.

The surprise performance featured lots of handholding and gazing into each other’s eyes.

Tranter, who is on the board of GLAAD and has written songs for the likes of Kelly Clarkson, Maroon 5, and Fall Out Boy actually co-wrote Hands To Myself with Gomez.

Tranter was involved in organizing the Los Angeles-based event, officially called ‘Justin Tranter and GLAAD Present Believer Spirit Day Concert.’ The event raised over $100,000 [£75,805.66; €84,850.40] for GLAAD’s anti-bullying efforts to stand up for LGBTI youth.

Carly Rae Jepsen, Adam Lambert, and other celebrities attended the event.
