Upscale retailer Nordstrom has released a series of online videos for the holiday season. One of films, entitled ‘The Homecoming’, features a real-life gay couple, according to JoeMyGod.
Within the short and simple film, one man returns home with a suitcase and Nordstrom bag (perhaps with some nice gifts for his other half), to be greeted by his dog and his man.
The Seattle-headquartered company reported sales of $13billion in 2014, and net earnings of $720million. It has 323 stores across the US and Canada, and is currently at 224 on the Fortune 500.
It recently scored the top mark of 100 in the HRC’s Corporate Equality Index, which ranks companies according to their LGBT-inclusive work policies.
