If you’ve not heard 2013’s X Factor winner Sam Bailey sing live, now is your chance.
On 11 April, under the wings of the world’s fastest plane the Concorde Jet, Bailey will be wowing a VIP crowd at Manchester Pride’s Supersonic fundraiser.
The red-carpet gathering will include a sparkling drinks reception, a VIP tour of the Concorde airline, celebrity guests and a four-course dinner with complimentary wine, all to help raise funds for local LGBTI and HIV charities.
Mark Fletcher, the new director of Manchester Pride, said: ‘The evening provides an opportunity to see some outstanding entertainment in an unconventional space, whilst supporting a great cause.’
This year’s Supersonic builds on the success of last year’s inaugural event.
Bailey, who’s meteoric rise as a musician includes opening for Beyonce’s Mrs Carter Show World Tour, will also be joined at Supersonic by BRIT award-nominated English pop rock band The Feeling, Felix Hagan and Family and Twisted Tubes.
Tickets are available to the glittering event via the Supersonic website. Gay Star News is a proud media partner of Manchester Pride.
To get you in the mood for a night of mixing, mingling and obsessing over Sam Bailey, here are two of her X Factor performances from last year.
